Abstract

Un capteur (12, 13) agencé dans la barre d'attelage (3) (ou dans l'accouplement de la cinquième roue) d'un véhicule (1, 2) routier formé d'un tracteur et d'une remorque assemblés capte les forces tant de poussée que de traction de manière proportionnelle linéaire et produit un signal électrique qui agit sur un solénoïde (8) continulllement proportionnel agencé dans l'alimentation en fluide pressurisé des freins de la remorque afin de commander en continu le freinage de la remorque pendant l'application des freins, de manière à réduire la force dans la barre d'attelage (3) jusqu'à zéro. Il est possible de prévoir une pression de base à appliquer sur les freins de la remorque et à modifier positivement ou négativement par la presssion déterminée par le signal du capteur.
