Abstract

Bei einem induktiven Durchflußmesser zur Bestimmung des Durchflusses elektrisch leitender Flüssigkeiten durch einen elektrisch isolierenden, an einander diametral gegenüberliegenden Stellen punktförmige Elektroden aufweisenden Strömungskanalabschnitt, welcher in diesem Bereich durch ein transversales Magnetfeld durchsetzt ist, wird ein Meßsignal verfälschender Einfluß der Strompfadkonzentration im elektrodennahen Bereich bei ungleichförmiger Strömungsverteilung über den Kanalquerschnitt hin dadurch vermindert, daß über Spalträume getrennte magnetische Rückschlußschenkel außerhalb des Strömungskanals vorgesehen werden, wobei sich die Spalträume mit Bezug auf einen Querschnitt in denjenigen Bereichen befinden, die am Strömungskanalumfang den punktförmigen Elektroden naheliegen, derart, daß die Spalträume überbrückende magnetische Feldlinien des magnetischen Rückschlusses auch den Strömungskanalinnenraum in den elektrodennahen Bereichen oder in stromauf und stromab mit diesen Bereichen fluchtenden Randbereichen durchsetzen.
