Abstract
PURPOSE:To measure a resistance value of each resistance with high accuracy, by removing an error caused by the fact that a terminal of the resistance is connected in common, in a circuit in which the resistance has been connected to an intersection point of a lattice of an electric conductor whose wiring has been executed like a lattice. CONSTITUTION:A measuring current flowing from a measuring terminal 11a of a resistance measuring instrument 10 flows to an electric conductor 60a through a circuit changeover switch 30. Also, a measuring terminal 11b of the measuring instrument 10 is connected to an electric conductor 70a through a circuit changeover switch 40. Also, the terminal 11a is connected to an input terminal of an amplifier 20, and voltage being equal to that of the terminal 11a is outputted to an output terminal 22. This output terminal 22 is connected to an electric conductor 70 which is not connected to the measuring terminal 11b, in the electric conductor group 70, through the switch 40. A resistance 50a to be measured is connected between the electric conductor 60 and 70. The measuring current from the measuring instrument 10 flows into the electric conductor 60a, and since the potential or the electric conductor 60a and 70b is equal, a current flowing to the resistance 50 is 0, and accordingly, the measuring current all flows to the resistance 50a. In this way, the measuring current can be made to flow to only a resistance to be measured, and a resistance value whose error is small can be measured.
