Abstract

A stackable, multiple-entry pallet pack (1) has a pallet base (2) and at least two mutually parallel skid-type sliding rails (7, 8). 5 Technical field

The invention relates to a stackable reusable pallet packaging with a pallet base and a collapsible frame with at least two side walls running parallel to one another, the bottom of the pallet having at least two skid-like slide rails running parallel to one another.

Reusable pallet packaging is used to transport various types of goods, in particular to large customers, and after unloading, the reusable pallet packaging is folded up in such a way that it takes up as little storage space as possible.

State of the art

A multi-part reusable pallet packaging is known and proven from 20 DE-C2-34 08 614 by the applicant. In this known reusable pallet packaging, however, parts of the mounted frame protrude on the front and side surfaces due to the construction, so that two closely spaced reusable pallet packages can get caught in one another under unfavorable conditions. Furthermore, the stacking height of this reusable pallet packaging was limited to approx. Four due to the design.

A generic reusable pallet packaging is already known from the company publication "Gebhardt Paletten", program catalog log R, Ludwig Gebhardt GmbH & Co., D-8490 Cham, page 24, model "M-32" three side walls can be folded inwards. In this embodiment, however, only pallet packages of the same size can be stacked on top of each other. task

The object of the present invention is to avoid these disadvantages. Another concern of the present invention is to connect all essential components of the reusable pallet packaging in a captive manner in order to avoid the otherwise necessary sorting of the returned individual parts.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention solves this problem by a reusable pallet packaging according to claim 1, preferably in connection with one or more features of the subclaims.

The pallet packaging according to the invention enables the stacking of pallet packaging of different lengths. The reusable pallet packaging according to the invention has on its underside two parallel, skid-like slide rails, which advantageously consist of a steel tube and preferably run in the longitudinal direction. These slide rails enable problem-free maneuvering of the reusable pallet packaging on a flat surface, e.g. with a forklift.

The frame of the reusable pallet packaging according to the invention is preferably formed by 2 side walls or pairs of side walls and corresponding cross struts. According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, all essential parts of the multiple pallet packaging are connected to one another in such an articulated manner that on the one hand they can be folded, and on the other hand they are captively connected when handled as intended.

For better loading and unloading of the load and for space-saving return transport of the reusable pallet packaging, the side walls are preferably articulated on the pallet base in such a way that they can be folded away both inwards and outwards. At least one of the side walls, but preferably all side walls, each have a guide rail on their uppermost edge, into which or onto which Sliding rails of another reusable pallet packaging can be placed when stacking. These guide rails are preferably designed as angle profiles in order to enable self-centering when stacking. To ensure that no parts protrude laterally, the angle profiles are preferably of unequal legs, with the longer legs being arranged inwards.

In order to facilitate stacking when the folded reusable pallet packs are transported back, the reusable pallet packs according to the invention have further guide rails which run parallel to the guide rails of the side walls and are firmly connected to the pallet floor. These fixed guide rails are advantageously arranged at a distance from and parallel to the pallet base such that the folded-in side parts are slightly overhanged by the fixed guide rails.

To ensure the lateral stability and fix the lateral spacing of the guide rails connected to the side walls, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, cross struts are provided on both end faces of the reusable pallet packaging, which are pivotably articulated on one of the side walls and the lateral distance fix the other side wall. These cross struts are preferably articulated on the side walls in such a way that they can be placed on the corresponding guide rails after pivoting through approximately 90 °.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the slide rails are rounded at their ends. This enables a better transport of the reusable pallet packaging by forklift etc. by pulling the reusable pallet packaging, the reusable pallet packaging being lifted at one end and being pulled over the ground at the other end. The rounded slide rails reliably prevent the slide rails from snagging on protruding edges. The reusable pallet packaging according to the invention also preferably has, in a manner known per se, hanging devices for a transport roller at both ends, which simplifies pulling the reusable pallet packaging.

Best way to carry out the invention

The reusable pallet packaging 1 shown in Fig. 1 consists essentially of the pallet base 2, the slide rails 7, 8 and the frame 3, which consists of two-part side walls 4, 5 and the two cross struts 13, 14. In the illustrated embodiment, all parts are made of galvanized steel.

The skid-shaped slide rails 7, 8 consist of steel tube, which are welded directly to the underside 6 of the pallet. The lateral distance between the slide rails 7, 8 corresponds exactly to the lateral distance between the two side walls 4, 5 ^ at the upper ends of which angular guide rails 9, 10 are attached. These angular guide rails 9, 10 are each designed with unequal legs, the longer leg being arranged on the inside (FIG. 3, FIG. 5). The slide rails 7, 8 and the corresponding guide rails 9, 10 enable the reusable pallet packaging 1 to be self-centered during stacking without parts of the reusable pallet packaging 1 projecting laterally.

The side walls 4, 5 are each articulated to the pallet base 2 in such a way that they can be folded down both inwards (FIG. 2) and outwards (FIG. 8). For this purpose, it is provided that the posts 18 of the side walls 4, 5 are articulated by means of a screw connection, not shown, through the hole 21 and the elongated hole 22 (FIG. 6) so as to be vertically displaceable and rotatable about the longitudinal axis. The side walls 4, 5 are locked by means of the bolts 19 which engage in the recesses 20.

The cross struts 13, 14 are guided in the bushes 16 by means of the axes 15 such that they can be placed on the respective guide rails 10, 9 of the side walls 5, 4 after pivoting through 90 ° (FIGS. 3 to 5). A tab 17 is used to engage the cross struts 13, 14, the lateral spacing of the side walls 4, 5 being defined by guides (not shown).

2 shows the reusable pallet packaging in the folded state. The side walls 4, 5 are each folded inwards. They are protruded by guide rails 11, 12 (U-tube) firmly connected to the pallet base 2. These fixed guide rails 11, 12 serve for the safe stacking of the empty reusable pallet packaging 1 during the return transport, the fixed cross struts 31 permitting a longitudinal locking.

The reusable pallet packaging 1 according to the invention is equipped on both ends with guides 23, 24 for a transport roller 26 which can be suspended. For this purpose, a plate-shaped wheel mounting 23 is provided on each side, the transport roller 26 with its axis being inserted into a corresponding hole 30. The axis is on the other side the transport roller fixed with a spring-loaded locking pin 25 (Fig. 7).

8 shows an example of the loading of a reusable pallet packaging 1 with a cylindrical load 28. For this purpose, the side parts 4, 5 are folded outwards. Correspondingly cut-to-length cushion inserts 27 can then be placed directly on the pallet base 2. The cargo 28 to be packed is placed on the cushion insert 27 and covered with the two-part cardboard cover 29. The four side parts 4, 5 of the reusable pallet packaging 1 are set up vertically and locked to the fixed lower part by lowering by means of the bolts 19. The captive cross struts 13, 14 are then inserted into the welded tabs 17 by lifting and pivoting through 90 °.

Claims

1. Stackable reusable pallet packaging (1) with a pallet base (2) and a collapsible frame (3) with at least two side walls (4, 5) running parallel to one another, the pallet base (2) on its underside (6 ) has at least two skid-like slide rails (7, 8) running parallel to one another, characterized in that at least one of the side walls (4, 5) has a guide rail (9, 10) on or into one of the slide rails (n) (T, 8 ') of a further reusable pallet packaging (IM can be placed) and that parallel to the guide rail (9, 10) of the side wall (s) (4, 5) at least one further guide rail ( 11, 12) is arranged, which is fixed to the pallet bottom
