Description

DISPOSITIF DISTRIBUTEUR ANTIVOL POUR BANDE DE MATERIAU EN ROULEAU ET DISPOSITIF ADAPTATEUR ANTIVOL POUR BANDE DE MATERIAU EN ROULEAU
La présente invention concerne un distributeur antivol pour bande de matériau en rouleau et plus particulièrement un distributeur pour papier hygiénique ou papier d'essuyage en rouleau sans mandrin.
La présente invention concerne également un dispositif adaptateur antivol pour distributeur de bande de matériau en rouleau, en particulier pour distributeur antivol de bande de papier hygiénique ou de papier d'essuyage en rouleau avec mandrin.
Dans un but de simplification de terminologie l'invention sera décrite en référence plus particulièrement à un distributeur pour papier hygiénique en rouleau sans pour autant y constituer une quelconque limitation.
On a souvent constaté, notamment au sein des collectivités, des vols de rouleaux de papier hygiénique et la plupart des solutions proposées jusqu'à présent pour pallier ce problème - dont les conséquences sont désagréables aussi bien pour les usagers que pour les fournisseurs - se sont avérées être peu efficaces ou d'une utilisation incommode due notamment à l'utilisation de systèmes de verrouillage qui pouvaient être forcés, et de ce fait détériorés et dont les clefs pouvaient être égarées.
L'US-A-3792822 décrit un support antivol pour rouleaux de papier avec mandrin comprenant un arbre cylindrique en acier sur lequel est monté un mandrin muni de plusieurs dents à pointe acérée faisant saillie puis pénétrant dans le mandrin du rouleau de papier. La longueur totale de l'arbre cylindrique en acier est au moins égale à la longueur du mandrin du rouleau de papier. Ce système de l'US-A-379822 présente certains inconvénients, notamment celui de ne pouvoir être valablement utilisé avec des rouleaux de papier sans mandrin. En effet la mise en place du rouleau provoquerait un déchirement d'une partie importante du rouleau, sinon le dispositif ne pourrait remplir sa fonction antivol car il y aurait trop de jeu entre l'arbre cylindrique et la partie creuse du rouleau.
Or, les rouleaux sans mandrin deviennent de plus en plus largement utilisés notamment pour le papier hygiénique. De tels rouleaux sans mandrin pour bande de papier hygiénique sont avantageusement obtenus selon le procédé décrit dans le
FR-A-2554799.
De plus, on a également noté un fréquent déroulement intempestif des rouleaux, entraînant un gaspillage et nécessitant une recharge fréquente.
Le dispositif décrit dans 1*US-A-3792822 ne permet pas non plus de pallier ce dernier inconvénient.
Un objet de la présente invention est de fournir un distributeur antivol pour bande de matériau en rouleau sans mandrin efficace et simple à utiliser.
Un autre objet de l'invention est de fournir un distributeur antivol pour bande de matériau en rouleau permettant d'éviter des déroulements intempestifs du matériau du rouleau, à la fois pour des rouleaux avec mandrin et pour des rouleaux sans mandrin.
Un objet de l'invention est de fournir un adaptateur antivol pour distributeur de bande de papier en rouleau permettant d'utiliser un distributeur pour rouleaux de papier sans mandrin avec des rouleaux de papier avec mandrin. D'autres objets et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront à la lecture de la description ci-après effectuée en référence aux figures annexées à titre d'exemples.
La Figure 1 est une vue schématique d'un mode de réalisation de distributeur antivol pour rouleaux de papier sans mandrin. La Figure 2 est une vue de face d'un mode de réalisation d'une bague (4) représentée sur la Figure 1.
La Figure 3 est une vue en coupe selon A-A d'une bague (4) représentée sur la Figure 2.
La Figure 4 est une vue schématique d'un autre mode de réalisation de distributeur antivol selon l'invention pour rouleaux de papier sans mandrin.
La Figure 5 est une vue schématique d'encore un autre mode de réalisation de distributeur antivol selon l'invention pour rouleaux de papier avec ou sans mandrin. La Figure 6 est une vue schématique d'un dispositif adaptateur antivol selon la présente invention.
Le distributeur pour bande de matériau en rouleau sans mandrin représenté dans les Figures 1, 2 et 3 comprend une partie support sensiblement plane (1), un axe (2), destiné à assurer le support du rouleau, fixe, solidaire et perpendiculaire par rapport à ladite partie support (1), et un moyen anti-retrait compressible (3) monté en rotation axiale sur ledit axe (2) perpendiculairement à ladite partie support (1) empêchant le retrait du rouleau dans un sens opposé à ladite partie support (1), caractérisé par le fait que ledit moyen anti-retrait compressible (3) comprend une pluralité de bagues anti-retrait compressibles souples (4). Le diamètre intérieur des bagues anti-retrait (4) est ajustable. Le choix approprié du diamètre intérieur 0_ de chacune desdites bagues anti-retrait (4) permet d'assurer, le cas échéant en combinaison avec la forme éventuellement tronconique dudit arbre (2) , une fonction de freinage modulable du distributeur pour empêcher un déroulement intempestif du rouleau. Le distributeur représenté dans la Figure 1 comprend également une coupelle (5) montée en rotation axiale autour dudit axe (2) positionnée contre ladite partie support (1). La coupelle (5), qui ne comprend pas de moyens anti-retrait, a notamment pour fonction d'éviter le frottement du rouleau (non représenté), engagé sur le distributeur, contre la partie support (1) et peut elle aussi assurer une fonction de freinage pour empêcher un déroulement intempestif du rouleau. Le distributeur représenté dans la Figure 1 comprend à son extrémité libre, une butée (6) ayant sensiblement la forme d'une ogive. Ladite butée en forme d'ogive (6) est fixe par rapport audit arbre (2) et assure le maintien de la coupelle (5) des bagues anti-retrait (4) sur l'arbre (2). La butée en forme d'ogive (6) a une forme éfilée pour faciliter l'engagement du rouleau (non représenté) sur le distributeur.
Lesdites bagues anti-retrait (4) sont par exemple des "rondelles" coniques (4l) souples, dont les extrémités sont orientées vers ladite partie support, (1) comportant un nombre variable d'encoches définissant ainsi des languettes d'harponnage (42).
A titre d'exemple, une bague anti-retrait compressible (4) peut comporter 6 encoches à 60" ayant chacune une largeur (e) égale à environ 1 mm. Le nombre des bagues anti-retrait (4) n'est pas critique. Le distributeur de la Figure 1 donné à titre d'exemple comporte 3 bagues (4) .
La compressibilité des différentes bagues anti-retrait (4) peut être variable ainsi que leur conicité définie par l'angle (α) .
Le moyen anti-retrait (3) comprenant une pluralité de bagues compressibles (4) peut avoir une "enveloppe", c'est-à-dire une forme hors-tout, sensiblement cylindrique ou sensiblement tronconique. Selon un mode de réalisation avantageux le dispositif antivol selon l'invention du type de celui représenté sur la Figure 1 a une longueur totale inférieure à celle du rouleau qu'il est destiné à recevoir. La longueur du dispositif antivol peut être, de façon appropriée, égale à environ la moitié de celle du rouleau. Le diamètre 0.. de l'axe (2) est par exemple égal à environ 8 à 11 mm.
Les distributeurs antivol pour bande de matériau du type de celui représenté sur la Figure 1 sont particulièrement bien adaptés pour des rouleaux de papiers sans mandrin. En effet le rouleau emmanché sur l'arbre (2) pénètre dans la butée en forme d'ogive (6) sans se déchirer et s'erigage ensuite sur les bagues anti-retrait souples (4) qui se compriment dans le sens de l'introduction du rouleau et se déploient ensuite pour bloquer le rouleau sans détériorer le matériau enroulé. Selon une variante (non représentée) , la coupelle (5) peut être remplacée par une bague anti-retrait (4).
Le distributeur antivol représenté dans la Figure 4 comprend une partie support (1) , pouvant être un support mural ou un socle de carter, sensiblement plane, un axe (2) destiné à assurer le support du rouleau, fixe, solidaire et perpendiculaire par rapport à ladite partie support (1) et muni à son extrémité libre d'une butée (6) , un moyen anti-retrait compressible (3) monté sur ledit axe (2) en rotation axiale perpendiculairement à ladite partie support (1) et muni de moyens anti-retrait compressibles (31) » empêchant le retrait du rouleau dans un sens opposé à ladite partie support (1), caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen anti-retrait (3) comprend une butée (7) à son extrémité en regard de ladite partie support (1), en ce que ledit axe (2) est muni d'un ressort (8) entre la partie support (1) et son extrémité en regard de ladite partie support (1) et en ce qu'un ergot (9) est fixé perpendiculairement à ladite partie support (1) en regard de ladite butée (7). Pour mettre le rouleau en place, on l'enfile sur le moyen anti-retrait (3) par la butée (6), on visse dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre en appuyant sur le moyen anti-retrait (3) dans le sens axial. Le moyen anti-retrait (3) ne peut alors tourner sur lui-même car le ressort (8) se comprime et la butée (7) vient en appui sur l'ergot (9) •
Une fois en place le rouleau ne peut plus être dévissé car le ressort (8) n'étant plus comprimé l'ergot (9) ne bloque plus la butée (7) et le moyen anti-retrait (3) tourne sur lui-même.
Dans le mode de réalisation spécifiquement représenté dans la Figure 4 le moyen anti-retrait compressible (3) a la forme d'une vis mais ce dispositif peut être réalisé avec un dispositif antivol du type de celui représenté sur la Figure 1. Dans un tel cas l'ergot (9) est positionné sur la coupelle (5) ou bien, si le dispositif ne comporte pas une telle coupelle, sur la bague anti-retrait (4) se trouvant contre la partie support (1).
La Figure 5 représente un distributeur antivol selon un autre mode de réalisation de l'invention comprenant une partie support (1) pouvant être un support mural ou un socle de carter, sensiblement plane, un axe (2) perpendiculaire à ladite partie support (1), destiné à assurer le support du rouleau et un manchon (10), monté sur ledit axe (2) en rotation axiale perpendiculairement à ladite partie support (1) et, muni de moyens anti-retrait compressibles (11) empêchant le retrait du rouleau dans un sens opposé à ladite partie support (1) et comportant à son extrémité libre une butée (6), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend en outre un deuxième manchon souple (12), ayant sensiblement la forme d'une bague cylindrique, fixé en compression encre la butée (6) et l'extrémité du premier manchon (10) opposé à ladite partie support (1). Les moyens anti-retrait (11) compressibles ont par exemple la forme de crochets d'harponnage dont les extrémités sont orientées vers ladite partie support (1). Selon un autre mode de réalisation de l'invention (non représenté) , il est fourni un distributeur antivol de bande de matériau en rouleau, en particulier de papier hygiénique, comprenant un axe destiné à recevoir le rouleau, muni d'éléments d'accrochage et comprenant une butée à son extrémité libre, fixé en rotation axiale perpendiculairement à une partie support sensiblement plane, caractérisé par le fait que ledit axe comprend en outre un manchon souple ayant sensiblement la forme d'une bague cylindrique fixé en compression contre ladite butée. Dans la Figure 5. le rouleau (non représenté) est engagé sur la broche composée de l'axe (2), du manchon (10) muni des moyens anti-retrait compressibles (11) par la butée arrondie (6). Les moyens anti-retrait (11) interdisent le dégagement du rouleau jusqu'à consommation totale de la bande. Le manchon souple (12) coopère avec les moyens anti-retrait (11) et assure en outre une fonction de freinage, garantissant de plus le blocage en place du rouleau.
Selon un mode de réalisation avantageux de l'invention, la longueur totale du distributeur antivol pour bande de matériau en rouleau est inférieure à celle du rouleau.
La Figure 6 représente un dispositif adaptateur antivol (13) pour distributeur (14) de bande de matériau en rouleau (15) à manchon (10) en forme de harpon muni de moyens anti-retraits (11), comprenant des mâchoires (16) reliées à une tête arrêtoir (17) et caractérisé en ce que lesdites mâchoires (16) sont flexibles et en ce que la forme de la partie interne desdites mâchoires (16) est telle qu'elles puissent épouser la forme de la partie externe dudit manchon (10).
Au moment de l'utilisation on insère d'abord l'adaptateur dans le mandrin (18) du rouleau (15) • Le diamètre (L) de la tête arrêtoir (17) doit être supérieur au diamètre 0- du mandrin utilisé. Les mâchoires flexibles (16) - qui ont été comprimées dans le sens des flèches (FI) - se détendent à l'intérieur du mandrin (18). Le rouleau (15) comprenant l'adaptateur (13) à l'intérieur de son mandrin (18) est alors emmanché sur le manchon (10) du distributeur (14) fixé sur la partie support (1). L'adaptateur (13) se trouve alors bloqué sur le manchon (10) à l'intérieur du mandrin (18). Les espaces entre les crochets (19) situés dans la partie interne des mâchoires (16) sont prévus de façon à épouser la forme des moyens anti-retrait (11) en forme de crochets du manchon (10).
Le rouleau (15) ne peut alors être enlevé de l'adaptateur avant que la bande de papier (20) ne soit épuisée car il est bloqué par la tête arrêtoir (17) •
Quand la bande de papier (20) du rouleau (15) est épuisée, on peut enlever l'adaptateur (13) du mandrin (18) en découpant ce dernier. Il est également possible d'utiliser un rouleau à mandrin prédécoupé.
L'adaptateur antivol selon 1'invention peut bien évidemment être utilisé avec un distributeur du type de celui représenté dans la Figure 1.
La présente invention permet de disposer de distributeurs antivol de bande de matériau en rouleau utilisables, en liaison éventuellement avec un dispositif adaptateur antivol selon l'invention, à la fois avec des rouleaux sans mandrin et des rouleaux avec mandrin et assurant, si on le désire, une fonction de freinage évitant des déroulements intempestifs des rouleaux. Les modes de réalisation décrits ci-dessus ne sont donnés qu'à titre d'exemple et de nombreuses variantes peuvent être envisagées dans le cadre de la présente invention.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Distributeur antivol pour bande de matériau en rouleau sans mandrin comprenant une partie support sensiblement plane (1) , un axe (2), destiné à assurer le support du rouleau, fixe, solidaire et perpendiculaire par rapport à ladite partie support (1) , et muni à son extrémité libre d'une butée, et un moyen anti-retrait compressible (3) monté en rotation axiale sur ledit axe (2) perpendiculairement à ladite partie support (1) empêchant le retrait du rouleau dans un sens opposé à ladite partie support (1), caractérisé par le fait que ledit moyen anti-retrait compressible (3) comprend une pluralité de bagues anti-retrait compressibles souples (4) .
2. Distributeur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend en outre une coupelle (5) montée en rotation axiale sur ledit axe (2) contre ladite partie support (1) .

Distributeur antivol pour bande de matériau en rouleau comprenant une partie support sensiblement plane (1) , un axe (2) destiné à assurer le support du rouleau, fixe, solidaire et perpendiculaire par rapport à ladite partie support (1) et muni à son extrémité libre d'une butée (6) , un moyen anti-retrait compressible (3) monté sur ledit axe (2) en rotation axiale perpendiculairement à ladite partie support (1) et muni de moyens anti-retrait compressibles (31) , empêchant le retrait du rouleau dans un sens opposé à ladite partie support (1), caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen anti-retrait (3) comprend une butée (7) à son extrémité en regard de ladite partie support (1), en ce que ledit axe (2) est muni d'un ressort (8) entre la partie support (1) et son extrémité en regard de ladite partie support (1) et en ce qu'un ergot (9) est fixé perpendiculairement à ladite partie support (1) en regard de ladite butée (7) •
4. Distributeur selon la revendication 3 caractérisé par le fait que ledit moyen anti-retrait compressible (3) a la forme d'une vis.
5- Distributeur antivol pour bande de matériau en rouleau comprenant une partie support (1) pouvant être un support mural ou un socle de carter, sensiblement plane, un axe (2) perpendiculaire à ladite partie support (1) , destiné à assurer le support du rouleau et un manchon (10), monté sur ledit axe (2) en rotation axiale perpendiculairement à ladite partie support (1) et, muni de moyens anti-retrait compressibles (11) empêchant le retrait du rouleau dans un sens opposé à ladite partie support (1) et comportant à son extrémité libre une butée (6), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend en outre un deuxième manchon souple (12), ayant sensiblement la forme d'une bague cylindrique, fixé en compression entre ladite butée (6) et l'extrémité du premier manchon (10) opposé à ladite partie support (1) .
6. Distributeur antivol pour bande de matériau en rouleau comprenant un axe destiné à recevoir le rouleau, muni d'éléments d'accrochage et comprenant une butée à son extrémité libre, fixé en rotation axiale perpendiculairement à une partie support sensiblement plane, caractérisé par le fait que ledit axe comprend en outre un manchon souple ayant sensiblement la forme d'une bague cylindrique fixé en compression contre ladite butée.
7. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé par le fait que la longueur dudit axe (2) est inférieure à la longueur du rouleau.
8. Dispositif adaptateur antivol (13) pour distributeur (14) de bande de matériau en rouleau (15) à manchon (10) en forme de harpon muni de moyens anti-retraits (11), comprenant des mâchoires (16) reliées à une tête arrêtoir (17) et caractérisé en ce que lesdites mâchoires (16) sont flexibles et en ce que la forme de la partie interne desdites mâchoires (16) est telle qu'elles puissent épouser la forme de la partie externe dudit manchon (10).
