Abstract

Distributeur de bande de matériau en rouleau, en particulier de bande de papier hygiénique, comprenant une partie support (4), sensiblement plane, un axe (1) destiné à assurer le support du rouleau, fixe, solidaire et perpendiculaire par rapport à ladite partie support (4) et muni à son extrémité libre d'une butée (11), un manchon (2) monté sur ledit axe (1) en rotation axiale perpendiculairement à ladite partie support (4) et muni de moyens anti-retrait compressibles (21), empêchant le retrait du rouleau dans un sens opposé à ladite partie support (4), caractérisé en ce que ledit manchon (2) du type harpon en forme de vis comprend une butée (12) à son extrémité en regard de ladite partie support (4), en ce que ledit axe (1) est muni d'un ressort (9) entre la partie support (4) et son extrémité en regard de ladite partie support (4) et en ce qu'un ergot (10) est fixé perpendiculairement à ladite partie support (4) en regard de ladite butée (12).

Description

DISPOSITIF ANTIVOL POUR BANDE DE MATERIAU EN ROULEAU
La présente invention concerne un distributeur antivol pour bande de matériau en rouleau et plus particulièrement un distributeur pour papier hygiénique ou papier d'essuyage en rouleau.
Dans un but de simplification de terminologie l'invention sera décrite en référence plus particulièrement à un distributeur pour papier hygiénique en rouleau sans pour autant y constituer une quelconque limitation.
On a souvent constaté, notamment au sein des collectivités, des vols de rouleaux de papier hygiénique et les diverses solutions proposées jusqu'à présent pour pallier ce problème - dont les conséquences sont désagréables aussi bien pour les usagers que pour les fournisseurs - se sont avérées être peu efficaces ou d'une utilisation incommode due notamment à l'utilisation de systèmes de verrouillage qui pouvaient être forcés, et de ce fait détériorés et dont les clefs pouvaient être égares.
La présente invention a pour objet de fournir un distributeur antivol pour bande de matériau en rouleau efficace et simple à utiliser.
Dans sa demande de brevet principal N 89 13149 du 9.10.1989, la demanderesse a decrit et revendiqué un distributeur antivol de bande de matériau en rouleau répondant à l'objet ci-dessus. Le distributeur de bande de matériau en rouleau, en particulier de papier hygiénique, de la demande NO 89 13149 comprend une partie support sensiblement plane, un axe perpendiculaire à ladite partie support, destiné à assurer le support du rouleau, et un manchon monté sur ledit axe en rotation axiale perpendiculairement à ladite partie support, caractérisé par le fait que ledit manchon est muni de moyens anti-retrait compressibles empêchant le retrait du rouleau dans un sens opposé à ladite partie support.
Selon un mode de réalisation ledit axe est muni à son extrémité libre d'une butée et est fixe et solidaire de ladite partie support, ledit manchon étant monté en rotation axiale sur ledit axe et pouvant par exemple avoir la forme d'une vis.
Le présent certificat d'addition fournit un distributeur antivol pour bande de matériau en rouleau, en particulier de bande de papier hygiénique selon le mode de réalisation indiqué ci-dessus de la demande N 89 13149.
La description sera effectuée en référence à la Figure 1 annexée qui est une vue schématique du distributeur de bande de matériau en rouleau selon le présent certificat d'addition.
Le distributeur de bande de matériau en rouleau, en particulier de bande de papier hygiénique, selon l'invention comprend une partie support (4), pouvant être un support mural ou un socle de carter, sensiblement plane, un axe (1) destiné à assurer le support du rouleau, fixe, solidaire et perpendiculaire par rapport à ladite partie support (4) et muni à son extrémité libre d'une butée (11), un manchon (2) monté sur ledit axe (1) en rotation axiale perpendiculairement à ladite partie support (4) et muni de moyens anti-retrait compressibles (21), empêchant le retrait du rouleau dans un sens opposé à ladite partie support (4), caractérisé en ce que ledit manchon (2) du type harpon en forme de vis comprend une butée (12) à son extrémité en regard de ladite partie support (4), en ce que ledit axe (1) est muni d'un ressort (9) entre la partie support (4) et son extrémité en regard de ladite partie support (4) et en ce qu'un ergot (10) est fixé perpendiculairement à ladite partie support (4) en regard de ladite butée (12).
Pour mettre le rouleau en place, on l'enfile sur le manchon par la butée (11), on visse dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre en appuyant sur le manchon dans le sens axial. Le manchon ne peut alors tourner sur lui-même car le ressort (9) se comprime et la butée (12) vient en appui sur l'ergot (10).
Une fois en place le rouleau ne peut plus être dévissé car le ressort (9) n'étant plus comprimé l'ergot (10) ne bloque plus la butée (12) et le manchon (2) tourne sur lui-même.

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    Distributeur de bande de matériau en rouleau, en particulier de bande de papier hygiénique, comprenant une partie support (4), pouvant être un support mural ou un socle de carter, sensiblement plane, un axe (1) destiné à assurer le support du rouleau, fixe, solidaire et perpendiculaire par rapport à ladite partie support (4) et muni à son extrémité libre d'une butée (11), un manchon (2) monté sur ledit axe (1) en rotation axiale perpendiculairement à ladite partie support (4) et muni de moyens anti-retrait compressibles (21), empêchant le retrait du rouleau dans un sens opposé à ladite partie support (4), caractérisé en ce que ledit manchon (2) du type harpon en forme de vis comprend une butée (12) à son extrémité en regard de ladite partie support (4), en ce que ledit axe (1) est muni d'un ressort (9) entre la partie support (4) et son extrémité en regard de ladite partie support (4) et en ce qu un ergot (10) est fixé perpendiculairement à ladite partie support (4) en regard de ladite butée (12).
