Abstract

A mobile withdrawal unit (49) for withdrawing conveying stock from a fodder stock, silo or press or the like comprises a storage box (1) which can be fastened by two connecting arms to the free end of a fork-shaped crane boom or the extension fork of a tractor and then travels downward on a curved track along the front face of the fodder stock. The lateral cutting mechanisms (6) have blades (61) which make lateral vertical incisions in order to detach the sides of a right parallelepipedal strip of the conveying stock, which is then milled by the frontal cutting knives (44). The material is then thrown by projections (37, 38) of longitudinal conveying drums (2) into the inlet region of at least one transverse drum (5), from which it is thrown outward through an ejection opening (81). The blades (61) have a lower corrugated cutter (76) and oscillate about a transverse swivelling axis. Ideally, a second transverse conveying drum is arranged below the longitudinal conveying drum on the bottom of the gear storage box in such a manner that, when the storage box sits on the base, a conveying flow produced by nozzles is diverted around the lower transverse conveying drum. The conveying capacity is thereby doubled.
