Abstract

Disjoncteur miniature à double rupture pour circuits d'alimentation en électricité domestique et semblables installations. Il comprend un porteur de contacts (28) monté sur un rail à glissière de plastique (60) directement relié à un ressort tendeur enroulé (108) et commandé par un mécanisme de verrouillage qui le libère pour qu'il exerce de manière complètement indépendante une rupture en cas de surcharge. Les parties principales de ce mécanisme sont moulées dans une matière plastique. Un arrêt (120) est prévu pour le rail à glissière. Le point de déclenchement se règle facilement au moyen d'un dispositif d'ajustage fileté qui actionne un levier à déclenchement thermique (88). Des ressorts à lames (114, 134) mettent en position les contacts mobiles et le plongeur (126) du solénoïde détecteur de surcharge (24).
