Abstract

L'invention décrit la séquence aminoacide de l'hydrolase de peptide d'acyle. Elle concerne une molécule d'ADN encodée pour l'hydrolase d'un peptide d'acyle, un vecteur incorporant la molécule, et l'emploi de ce vecteur pour transformer un hôte. L'invention concerne également l'expression par l'hôte en vue de la production de l'hydrolase d'un peptide d'acyle, et l'utilisation d'APH pour catalyser l'hydrolyse d'un peptide ou d'une protéine Nα-acétylés ou bien la réaction entre un donneur aminoacide de Nα-acétyle et une protéine receveuse avec un groupe α-NH¿2? libre. L'invention se rapporte également à l'emploi des séquences d'encodage de l'hydrolase d'un peptide d'acyle dans la détection du cancer.
