Abstract

Un procédé d'hydrogénation continue d'huile et de matière grasse végétales consiste à mettre un produit initial en contact avec de l'hydrogène en présence d'un catalyseur de palladium sous la forme de particules mesurant 50 à 350 microns, avec une production ultérieure d'un produit d'hydrogénation, ce qui provoque un écoulement provenant du mélange de réaction envoyé afin d'être recyclé et afin d'extraire le produit d'hydrogénation du mélange de réaction circulant à une vitesse comprise entre 2 et 8 m/sec, au moyen d'un écoulement autonome dirigé à un angle compris entre 90 et 180° par rapport à l'écoulement circulant du mélange de réaction.
