The present invention relates to a mobile and transportable device for rescuing injured people in the mountains, of the type comprising a means making it possible to slide on snow or ice, a support structure for the injured person to be rescued and means for holding and guiding by a rescuer.
Rescue devices have been known and used for a long time.
Ils présentent tous de multiples inconvénients. They all have multiple drawbacks.
In fact, to transport the injured, three means are generally used, depending on:
- les conditions climatiques,- climatic conditions,
- l'environnement,- the environment,
- l'accessibilité aux lieux,- accessibility to places,
- le type de blessure.- the type of injury.
These means are the helicopter, the boat and the sled.
The first two means each have specific drawbacks.
The "sled" type devices are the most generally used.
They are in fact totally unsuitable for rescue for many reasons related to the comfort of the rescuer and the injured as well as the efforts and constraints that they demand and impose on both.
The object of the present invention is to remedy these drawbacks of the devices of the prior art.
In accordance with the invention, this result is obtained with a mobile and transportable device for rescuing injured people in the mountains, of the type comprising a means for sliding on snow or ice, a support structure for the injured person to be rescued and means for support and guidance by a rescuer, characterized in that the support structure is connected to and articulated on said means in such a way that, in the descent position, the injured person is in at least horizontal position, preferably the head in the high position by compared to the horizontal.
Advantageously, the means for sliding on the snow b or the glass will consist of a double telescopic base ending in runners, said base having a general shape in an arc of a curve with a concavity turned towards the ground.
According to another characteristic for implementing the invention, the holding and guiding means consist of a handle with two branches of general Z shape, the distal ends of which are taken in hand by the rescuer and the proximal ends of which are connected to the support structure of the injured person by articulations that can be locked in a plurality of angular positions at the discretion of the rescuer so as to vary the attitude of the support structure depending on the terrain, the size of the rescuer and the conditions required by transporting the injured.
The invention will be better understood with the aid of the description below of a non-limiting mode of implementation, made with reference to the appended drawings in which:
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective du dispositif conforme à l'invention,FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the device according to the invention,
- la figure 2 est une vue en élévation latérale en coupe partielle du dispositif de la figure 1,FIG. 2 is a side elevation view in partial section of the device of FIG. 1,
- la figure 3 illustre en perspective l'articulation des moyens de maintien et de guidage sur la structure support du blessé.- Figure 3 illustrates in perspective the articulation of the holding and guiding means on the support structure of the injured.
Le dispositif conforme à l'invention, généralement référencé (1) comporte essentiellement :The device according to the invention, generally referenced (1) essentially comprises:
- un moyen (2) permettant de glisser sur la neige ou la glace,- a means (2) for sliding on snow or ice,
- une structure support (3) du blessé à secourir,- a support structure (3) for the injured person to be rescued,
The support structure (3), in the fully deployed position, will include an area (5) of anatomical support for the injured person, surmounted at the top by a rigid or flexible hood (6) for protecting the face of the injured person.
The support structure (3) will essentially consist of two beams (7,8) articulated so as to be partially foldable section by section or telescopic.
The lower part of said beams will be made up of telescopic elements (9,10,11,9 ', 10', 11 ') which will finally marry arches (12,12') in the folded position. The articulations of the different elements between them and their blocking (respectively their unlocking) can be achieved by any mechanical means within the reach of ordinary skill in the art.
The side members (7,8) will also include telescopic segments at (13), under the hood (6) and foldable (14). The articulations of the different segments between them should allow easy blocking and unblocking by the user.
The means for sliding on the snow will advantageously consist of two pads (15,16) rotatably mounted on the segments (11,11 ').
The means (4) for holding and guiding essentially consist of a handle with two branches (17,18) of general Z shape, the distal ends (19,20) of which are taken in hand by the rescuer and whose proximal ends ( 21,22) are connected to the support structure (3) by articulations (23,24) whose structure will be described later.
On se référera maintenant à la figure 2.We will now refer to Figure 2.
At least one branch, preferably each of the branches (17,18) is provided with a cable (25) for controlling a brake (26) acting on the corresponding pad.
Preferably, it will be a structure such that, in the event of release by the user, the brake stops the device.
It will therefore require a positive and constant action of the user to allow the release of the brake, therefore the possibility of sliding of the device.
On se référera maintenant à la figure 3.We will now refer to Figure 3.
The support structure (3) is articulated by uprights (27) symmetrically with the ends (21,22) according to identical articulations (23,24).
In this oblong opening is disposed, movable in rotation, a shaft (30) provided with a toothing (31) capable of cooperating with a toothing (32) formed on the bottom of the oblong opening. The spring (29) tends to apply the toothing (31) in engagement with the toothing (32), so as to block the rotation of the branch (22) relative to the structure (3). The choice of the position of each branch is made by the rescuer, by pulling the branches towards the front of the structure (3). h
The device according to the invention can be made of any material such as wood, aluminum, synthetic material.
Due to the light structure, it is easy to handle.
The telescopic means and articulations make it possible to bring it back to the transport position, in a very small volume.
It will advantageously be provided with straps allowing transport on a man's back.
