Abstract

Un appareil de phaco-émulsification et d'extraction de tissus du cristallin (L) atteints de cataracte comprend une sonde creuse (18) pourvue à son extrémité proximale d'une connexion avec une source laser (16), dont le rayonnement traverse des lentilles de focalisation (22) et de collimation (24) et passent non-axialement dans la sonde (18). Des entrées et des sorties disposées à l'extrémité proximale de la sonde (18) sont reliées à des systèmes de pompage d'injection (30) et d'extraction (50) avec dosage séparés.
