Abstract

Appareil permettant de mesurer la déviation de trous de forage (12), comprenant une pluralité de barres (10), connectées ensemble dans un alignement angulaire constant, et dont au moins la première contient un moyen de détection d'inclinaison. Une fois introduit dans le trou de forage (12), l'appareil mesure l'inclinaison du trou à des intervalles de profondeur réguliers, dans un ou plusieurs axes. Les mesures sont stockées électroniquement et peuvent être traitées afin de fournir des informations numériques et/ou graphiques concernant la déviation du trou de forage dans trois dimensions. Des modes de réalisation et des procédés alternatifs de déploiement sont décrits.
