Abstract

Gyroscope à laser annulaire comportant un miroir d'angle de sortie partiellement transparent spécial et amélioré (20), permettant d'extraire d'un laser annulaire et d'amener à un détecteur de faisceau, des faisceaux de lumière cohérente polarisés de manière circulaire sensiblement non déformés. Le miroir amélioré arrange en sandwich une pile de couches minces non quart d'onde (34) entre deux piles de couches minces quart d'onde (30, 32) ayant chacune des couches minces d'indice de réfraction élevé et faible alternées. On positionne les piles de couches minces sur un substrat transparent stable dimensionellement et thermiquement (45). Le miroir amélioré permet d'atteindre un retard de phase proche de zéro et un rapport Tp/Ts égal à un.
