Beschreibung description
Schleifkontakt für Spielfahrzeug mit elektrischemSliding contact for toy vehicles with electrical
AntriebsmotorDrive motor
The invention relates to a toy vehicle with an electric drive motor, which makes contact with current conductors formed in the vehicle chassis by means of sliding contacts fixedly arranged in the vehicle chassis.
In the case of toy vehicles which can be moved on carriageways or rail tracks, it is known to tap off the current conductors by means of sliding contacts arranged in the vehicle chassis. Sloping spring plate strips or elastically bendable metal fabric strips serve as sliding contacts. As a disadvantage, the known sliding contacts favor the accumulation of dust particles between themselves and the current conductors, as a result of which contacting difficulties often arise.
It is an object of the invention to provide measures for improving contact in the case of sliding contacts of toy vehicles.
According to the invention it is provided for this that the sliding contacts are formed by carbon fiber bundles, the carbon fibers of which are pressed by sleeves which are protruded by the carbon fiber bundles with a partial slope in the direction of the current conductors and the carbon fiber bundles in the Determine vehicle chassis. The sliding contacts thus formed come with the front ends with the current conductors, for. B. Conductor rails for support, with slight deflections occurring during driving operation with spring-back effect of the carbon fibers, which are guided along the current conductor with a large number of marginal edges and, in addition to a secure permanent system, also a self-cleaning effect for the contacting areas of Provide carbon fibers and electricity conductors. In addition, the better contacts have a favorable effect on the driving behavior, which leads to a smooth and quiet running of the driving toy.
According to a preferred embodiment, the carbon fiber bundles are fixed interchangeably in openings in the vehicle chassis by means of the mounting sleeves. In this case, the socket sleeves formed from a metallic material can expediently be held in the openings in a form-fitting, non-positive or frictional manner and have connection springs for electrical conductors. It is understood that the socket sleeves arbitrarily, for. B. can be formed by pipe sections or curved flat strips. In the latter case, the connection springs can be achieved by cutouts.
In a further embodiment, in order to improve the contact of the individual carbon fibers with one another and between carbon fibers and mounting sleeves, it is provided that the carbon fibers individually carry a coating made of an electrically conductive material on the outside. As such an edition can, for. B. Flour or a metallic material, serve in particular a metal vapor coating. Copper is proposed as a suitable metal.
