Abstract

Un rebord de fenêtre (1) amélioré, situé à l'intérieur face à une fenêtre (6) et recouvrant le bord ou la partie inférieure (4) d'une ouverture de fenêtre (16) dans une construction existante entre le côté intérieur e(10) du châssis de la fenêtre (6) et la paroi interne (11) de la pièce, est soutenu par au moins deux éléments de support (3) formant des pièces d'épaisseur placées sous le rebord de fenêtre (1) et en contact avec la partie inférieure (4) de l'ouverture de fenêtre (16), laissant ainsi au moins un espace (9) sous le rebord de fenêtre (1). Le bord longitudinal (14) du rebord de fenêtre (1) en direction de la fenêtre (6) longe à peu de distance le côté intérieur (10) du châssis de la fenêtre (6), le touche en différents points ou en fait partie intégrante. Le bord allongé (15) en direction de la pièce longe et dépasse de peu la paroi interne (11) et est pourvu d'une partie descendante (2) destinée à capter et à transporter l'air chaud qui monte d'un radiateur (5) disposé sous la fenêtre (6) et qui s'écoule à travers l'espace (9) et à l'avant du bord inférieur de la fenêtre (6), ce qui permet d'éviter qu'une condensation ne commence à se former sur la face intérieure de la fenêtre (6).
