Abstract

Procédé et moyens permettant de chauffer de manière controllée des produits alimentaires à composants multiples dans un four à micro-ondes. Les moyens et les procédés comprennent l'utilisation d'une couche d'une substance comestible ayant des propriétés sélectionnées et positionnée adjacente à un ou plusieurs articles alimentaires pour réguler la quantité d'énergie à micro-ondes transmise à l'aliment adjacent. Une ou plusieurs couches de la substance comestible possède des propriétés sélectionnées par rapport à l'autre substance alimentaire de sorte qu'une protection ou régulation efficaces assure de manière fiable le processus d'échauffement des composants du produit alimentaire dans le temps requis pour chauffer une ou plusieurs portions du produit alimentaire à composants multiples. Avec des valeurs présélectionnées relatives à l'épaisseur et aux propriétés diélectriques d'une ou plusieurs couches et aux masses thermiques des couches et des autres composants, la quantité d'énergie transmise à un ou plusieurs composants alimentaires ainsi que leur température finale peuvent être régulées de manière efficace et fiable.
