Abstract

Pour mettre en oeuvre un procédé de détection amélioré avec un nouveau chémosenseur, celui-ci est muni d'un film conducteur d'ondes constitué d'une matrice sélective (11) sur un substrat (10) avec ou sans réseau de diffraction (17). Il est toujours possible d'amener un rayon notamment un rayon laser sur un détecteur, que celui-ci soit muni d'un réseau (17) de diffraction et d'une couche sélective supplémentaire (15) ou non. Il s'y produit alors un changement des propriétés physiques à la suite de réactions entre des réactifs sélectifs et la substance objet de la mesure dans la mtrice sélective sans l'aide d'agents marqueurs, changement qui peut provenir d'une addition moléculaire d'une transposition moléculaire ou de transformation moléculaire par réaction chimique. Après avoir obtenu l'interaction entre la matière sélective et le milieu contenant la substance, on mesure le changement des propriétés physiques.
