Abstract

Machine de moulage par compression de poudre pourvue d'une paire de rouleaux (4, 5) permettant le moulage par compression d'une poudre telle que des matières premières vitreuses, caractérisée en ce que les parties latérales externes des rouleaux (4, 5) se composent de segments remplaçables (8, 8, ...) et que les parties latérales externes où sont formés les évidements de moulage (11) des segments (8, 8, ...) se composent de carbure. Etant donné que l'évidement de moulage (11) se compose de carbure de grande dureté et de grande résistance à l'abrasion, la durée de vie de la surface de moulage est prolongée. Lorsque la surface de moulage est usée, on ne doit remplacer que les segments (8, 8) alors que le rouleau n'a pas à être remplacé. En outre, étant donné que le carbure, qui est coûteux et possède un poids spécifique élevé, n'est utilisé que dans les parties latérales externes des segments (8, 8, ...), on obtient une machine de moulage par compression de poudre très fiable, sans encourir dans des augmentations de poids et des coûts de production.
