Abstract

Un dispositif est utilisé pour générer un spot de rayon laser de grandeur réglable sur un objet, en particulier dans un oeil humain (40). Le dispositif comprend un agencement focaliseur (60) qui reproduit le rayon laser sur l'objet avec un spot de focalisation réduit et un large cône d'ouverture, et un agencement de déviation (70) qui déplace le spot de focalisation sur la surface voulue du spot d'irradiation (II) selon un modèle prédéterminé de balayage. Il devient ainsi possible, de traiter par exemple de larges zones, ayant n'importe quelle forme voulue, du fond de l'oeil sans provoquer des lésions des sections antérieures de l'oeil.
