Abstract

Procédé et appareil de récupération de matières plastiques formant des films. Selon ce procédé, le film plastique perdu est réduit en flocons et transporté jusqu'à une machine d'utilisation de plastiques (10, 14), où les flocons sont déchargés à une position (17) coaxialement centrée au-dessus de l'orifice d'admission (15) de la machine pour matières plastiques. Des matières plastiques nouvelles sont en outre ajoutées selon une configuration annulaire autour de la positon d'alimentation (17) pour maintenir un volume constant de matières plastiques nouvelles dont la surface supérieure (20) reste toujours à un niveau plus élevé que la position d'alimentation. L'appareil utilisé pour appliquer le procédé comprend un broyeur pour le film perdu et un dispositif de transfert pour introduire le film dans la machine d'utilisation de plastiques (10, 14). Le dispositif de transfert comprend une sortie (16) située coaxialement au-dessus de l'orifice d'admission (15) au fond d'un entonnoir d'alimentation (9) placé sur la machine (10, 14). L'entonnoir d'alimentation (9) s'étend verticalement autour de la sortie (16) et communique (19) à son extrémité supérieure avec un dispositif d'alimentation (12, 19) pour des matières plastiques nouvelles, de sorte que la surface supérieure (20) des matières plastiques nouvelles dans l'entonnoir puisse se situer à un niveau plus élevé que l'orifice d'admission (15).
