Abstract
Fabrication of the mounting bay case which may be produced from any weather-proof material and which may have any shape or size, comprised of a quadrilateral bay case (1) wherein the window or door is premounted and mailed (2) in the frame and of which the front sides are formed (3) by frame transoms, whereas the lower side is configured (3.1), in the case of windows, as a window sill and, in the case of doors, as a threshold and the upper part is comprised (4) of an eaves-like empty case and its internal rear frame transoms (5) are, like all edges, connected (5.1) by angle springs. Said fabrication enables to produce windows and doors which are independent of the opening provided by the construction; the prefabrication enables to obtain a rational series with easy mounting and the surfaces may be skilfully shaped.

Zweck ist die Schaffung einer Fertigungstechnik, die es erlaubt, unabhängig von bestehenden Bauöffnungsgrößen Fenster und Türen in verschiedener Form und Größe herzu¬ stellen.The purpose is to create a manufacturing technique that allows windows and doors of various shapes and sizes to be produced independently of existing building opening sizes.
Die Aufgabe wird mit einem vorgefertigtem, vierseitigen Ein¬ schubkasten gelöst, der aus jedem witterungsbeständigem Mat¬ erial herstellbar ist. In diesem Einschubkasten ist das Fenster bzw. die Türe im Rahmen angeschlagen. Die Kanten des Ein- schubkastens sind mit einer Nut ausgestattet, welche die Auf¬ nahme einer Winkelfeder erlaubt, über diese oder eine ähn¬ liche Verbindung werden die Rahmenblenden, der vordachartige Leerkasten oben und die Innenblenden mit ihm verbunden. Bei Fenstern ist das untere Teil zu einer Fensterbank und bei Türen zu einer Schwelle ausgebildet. Bei Verwendung wird der Einschubkasten vorgefertigt geliefert. Sodann werden um die Bauöffnung Montagebleche gedübelt. Die Montagebleche sind mit T-Schienen ausgestattet, zum Auf¬ schieben sind identische T-Nu*ten in den Rahmenblenden und dem Leerkasten eingearbeitet. Nun wird der Einschubkasten in die Bauöffnung geschoben und mit Abstandshaltern justiert, sodann werden die Innenblenden mittels der Winkelfederverbindung auf¬ gesetzt und~mit Baukleber auf der Innenwand' beferttgt.- Der entstandene Zwischenraum zwischen Einschubkasten und Mauer wird mit Montageschaum ausgeschäumt. Türschwelle ausgebildet ist (3.1), der Kasten vorgefertigt in die vorhandene Maueröffnung geschoben wird und bündig an dem Fenster bzw. Türrahmen anschließt und die nach außen stehenden Kanten mit einer Nut ausgestattet sind, die zur Aufnahme einer Winkelfeder dient, um den eingesetzten Kasten auf der Außenwand Montagebleche befestigt sind, die mit waagerechten T-Schienen ausgestattet - sind (3.3.1.),1.)
