Description

PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OP MEDICINAL COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS
The invention relates to the preparation of health-preserving and regenerating compositions, to which human blood characteristic for the species, type of the given living organism, e.g. belonging to the blood type A, B, AB, 0, Rh-positive, Rh-negative or the elements thereof and/or proteins obtained therefrom and/or tissues deriving from animal organism of given species or type and/or the elements thereof and/or proteins obtained therefrom are applied per se and/or by reacting them with inorganic substances, e.g. with elements having trace elements function in the organism, optionally together with known additives, auxiliary agents, fillers, which may be applied in the preparation of health-, body- and skin¬
-preserving compositions, and/or in form of internal applied compositions.
The greatest significance of our invention exists in using the elements and plasma proteins of the human blood, in reacting thereof with inorganic ions and in applying the product obtained for body-preserving use external and/or internal, e.g. p.o. It is known that the mineral substances, the trace elements have a significant role in the functioning of the living organism also in very small concentrations first of all therefore, since they are components of several enzymes, enzyme activators or inhibitors as parts of greater molecules or in interaction with those molecules and thus they have a regulating role in the functioning of the organism. As it is known, the trace elements have a specific activity in the living organism in spite of the fact that they are inactive in vitro. The trace elements have their specific and required effect by binding to the so called carrier molecules and come into the biologically active transport thereby. Such great molecules are the plasma proteins. The coupling between the trace elements and the proteins will be established in the organism when the conditions therefor are assured. This coupling is, however, not always suitable or does not amounts to the degree required thus the effect of the trace elements does not occur, the enzymes having suitable activity are not formed and so skin diseases and deficiency diseases will develop. According to literature data the lack of trace elements may cause cancerous transformation in the organism in which cases introducing suitable protein/trace element adduct into the organism may be advantageous. Hence the trace elements may not come to the required places of the organism, do not get into biologically active state without a transmitter, thus do not participate in the vital processes and so the level of health will be decreased. This shows itself e.g. in case of lack of zinc also in the external alteration of the skin. Zinc is the component of at least 30 enzymes and have a significant role in the protein sythesis of the skin. The lack of copper e.g. makes the quality of the wool of sheeps worse since it leads to inadequate protein synthesis. The zinc metalloenzymes participate in the synthesis of DNS and RNS, their lack inhibit the transmission of genetic informations necessary for forming proteins, cause dwarfism, inhibit the regeneration of the skin. In case of copper deficiency the collagene structure of the skin will be damaged. According to the experiences the above disadvantages may not be eliminated by using mineral substances per se which may be proved thereby that by adding simple iron salts the disorders deriving from the lack of iron may not be cured. The details of the activating processes of the trace elements are not known yet but it was proved already that they need a carrier molecule so that they could play their biologically important part.
The aim of our invention is to eliminate the above disadvantages. The main point of our invention exists therein that by using proteins and trace elements being species or type specific an adduct is obtained from which the active absorption of trace elements is assured whereby health-preserving and skin-regenerating compositions may be prepared. The use of the above components eliminates the undesired antigene effect, does not cause allergic reactions, as well as assures the speedy regeneration of the damaged cells of the skin and the sufficient function of the metalloenzymes. We have found that the skin-regenerating cream prepared according to the invention has cured e.g. a wound on the nose of plum-stone size, which oozed for 15 years and was considered as incurable, by applying it twice a day for eight days and so the skin of the nose has been regenerated totally, the wound left no traces behind. In other cases the cream prepared according to the invention has regenerated the scalded skin of a rat during six days in such an extent that on the scalded skin surface even the hair of the animal has grown out while the skin of the control was totally wounded. The cream of the invention may be applied advantageously e.g. for skin sufferring from psoriasis. The health-preserving and regenerating composition according to the invention may be applied also internal. The adduct of the trace elements and the species, type specific proteins assures the absorbable trace elements also for the enzyme system necessary for the functioning of the whole organism. This makes the optimal functioning of the organism possible considering the specific status of the organism. Consequently the object of our invention is a species, type specific health-preserving composition, which may be applied both external and internal, which is characterized thereby that for its preparation trace elements and proteins, protein containing substances characteristic for the given species, type are used and the composition obtained is applied for health-preserving of a living organism of same species, type. The preparation of the health -preserving and regenerating compositions of the invention is shown by the folio-wing non-limiting examples.
Example 1 100 ral of human blood belonging to group A are separated for plasma and blood elements. To the plasma liquor obtained 1 g of sodiumbicarbonate is added and the reaction mixture is heated to 80 °C. The protein precipitated is separated and after drying or still wet to the plasma protein having a dry substance content of 3.5 g 70 ml of an aqueous solution containing 35 /μg of iron(II), 35 μg of zinc(II), 10 μg of copper(II), 10 μg of silver(l), 1 μg of chromium(IIl), 2 /μg of manganese(II), 1 μg of gold(III) ions, as well as 1 μg of boron and 1 μg of molybdenum ions are added. The reaction mixture is treated in a bath of 100 °C for 60 minutes and after cooling 100 g cream is prepared from the substance obtained in a manner known in the cosmetic industry. The product so obtained is an excellent skin-food which is suitable for treating injured skin surfaces. Example 2
The process of example 1 is followed but the plasma proteins and the inorganic substances are treated at 121 °C for 35 minutes. Example 3 The process of example 1 or 2 is followed but pigblood is used and the product obtained after heat-treatment is used for supplying the lack of trace elements at pigs υer se by unction onto the skin or p.o. Example 4 The process of example 1 is followed but human blood belonging to group B is used.
Example 5
The process of example 1 is followed but 70 ml of Heviz medicinal water is used instead of the aqueous solution containing inorganic substances.
Example 6
The process of examples 1 to 4 is followed but the protein is reacted with the medicinal water of Csaszarbath of Budapest.
Example 7
The process of example 1 to 4 is followed but a mineral water, e.g. Paradi water is used instead of the aqueous solution prepared in example 1.
Example 8
To 10 liter of blood plasma of bull 25 liter of water, 100 mg of copper sulfate and 100 mg of zinc sulfate are added and the reaction mixture is maintained at 121 ºC for 60 minutes. The product obtained is applied by spraying onto the skin or the hair of the animals or by watering in case of disorders deriving from the lack of trace elements.
Example 9
To the dry plasma pαwder obtained from human blood belonging to group 0 according to example 1400 ml of v/ater and 0.5 ml of commercial "Béres-csepp" containing trace elements are added. The reaction mixture is treated at 121 °C for 35 minutes then manufactured to a cream in a manner known per se. The cream is suitable for regeneration of skin damaged by heat. Example 10
