Abstract

Cette cellule photovoltaique se compose d'un ensemble de cellules élémentaires (11), comportant chacune un conducteur central ou électrode (12) entourée de deux couches concentriques de matériau semi-conducteur (13) et (14) formant une diode photo-active, et d'une contre-électrode (15) recouvrant sensiblement la totalité de la surface non exposée à la lumière de la couche semi-conductrice (14). Ces cellules élémentaires sont encapsulées dans une plaque de base (16) et une plaque de recouvrement (17), constituées de préférence par des substances thermoformables.
