Abstract

Agencement destiné à la production de poutres en béton pour des planchers en béton ou autres et assurant une bonne linéarité au produit lors de la coulée en utilisant le procédé dit en batterie. Sur un lit de poutres (1) l'on place des tubes (2) avec un certain degré de nivellement(3). Dans le moule, les poutres (1) constituent le dessous tandis que deux tubes voisins (2) forment les parois latérales. L'agencement consiste en une plaque (5) placée entre deux poutres (1). La plaque est située et formée de telle manière que le rail en forme de T (4) au fond du tube s'adapte dans un évidement (6) aménagé dans la plaque. De cette manière les tubes sont alignés, cet alignement étant la condition nécessaire pour assurer une bonne linéarité au produit.
