Abstract
La presente invención tiene por objeto una nueva composición de gasolina que comprende un combustible de gasolina y del 0,05 al 1 % de una baja cantidad específica de un cetal o acetal glicerol. La nueva composición de gasolina muestra un número de octano más alto en comparación con composiciones de gasolina conocidas. La invención también tiene por objeto el uso de dicho cetal o acetal glicerol como un aditivo de refuerzo de octano libre de aditivo de refuerzo de metal para el ajuste de octano de composiciones de gasolina.
