Abstract

La presente invención provee una composición y método para producirla por hidrogenación usando un c atalizador, que comprende 10-40 % (peso/peso) de alcanos C8-30 lineales, hasta 20 % de hidrocarburos aromáticos C7-20, al menos 90 % de los cuales son monoaromáticos, y no más del 1 % de compuesto s contienen oxígeno; donde la cantidad total de a lcanos C8-30 en la composición es del 50-95 %, y de alcanos C8-30, hidrocarburos aromáticos C7-20 y cicloalcanos C8-30 es de al menos 95%; y las can tidades se basan en el peso de la composición.
