Abstract

Un sistema y método para detección gravimétrica automático controla la humedad de la tierra en una pluralidad de plantas en macetas para realizar experimentos de déficit hídrico en un invernadero utilizando una plataforma de apoyo fija y un diseño de maceta que mantiene a las plantas en una ubicación fija durante el ensayo. El sistema y método permiten que un puente transversal superior capture imágenes de alta resolución, datos sobre la temperatura o la detección de otros datos para cuantificar el nivel de estrés de una planta o las características del dosel de las plantas durante el experimento.
