Abstract
Un procedimiento para producción de combustible de calidad diesel de origen vegetal mediante transesterificación de un aceite vegetal refinado con una carga de un alcohol C1-C4 en presencia de un catalizador y al menos 0,2 partes en volumen, respecto al volumen unidad del aceite vegetal refinado, de un disolvente hidrocarburo alifático con un punto de ebullición de -42s C A 200s C, que comprende mezclar el aceite, alcohol, catalizador y disolvente en un recipiente de reacción único en condiciones homogéneas que promueven la transesterificación en 95-98% y que suprimen la glicerólisis inversa, sin detener la transesterificación para eliminar subproducto glicerol polar, y sin someter la mezcla de aceite/combustible a una etapa de transesterificación adicional con una nueva carga de alcohol y catalizador.
