Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de una emulsión aceite en agua, gelatinosa, homogénea y traslúcida, caracterizada por el hecho de que consiste en introducir, agitándolas durante un espacio de tiempo comprendido entre 3 y 45 minutos, 75 a 85 partes en peso de aceite de parafina cuya temperatura se encuentra entre 50 y 80ºC, en 25 a 15 partes en peso de una fase acuosa calentada a una temperatura de 40 a 70 ºC constituida por la mezcla de 90 a 95 partes en peso de un jarabe de lactulosa con 2,5 a 5,5 partes de una solución acuosa al 20% de gelatina, 2 a 2,5 partes de una mezcla eldulcorante y colorante y, eventualmente, un carbohidrato no asimilable, ajustándose el índice de refracción de la mezcla, determinado a 20ºC, a +/- 0,010 unidades del aceite de parafina, añadiendo luego una composición aromatizante, y una vez transferida, repartir la emulsión gelatinosa y translúcida así obtenida. El producto obtenido es destinado a ser administrado por vía bucal en tratamientos contra el estreñimiento humano.
