Abstract
Sistema de vigilancia y detección de focos de calor en áreas abiertas, especialmente para la detección automática de incendios, en zonas abiertas de varios kilómetros cuadrados tales como incendios forestales, caracterizado porque está compuesto por un número de subsistemas de visión (2) autónomos y transportables y por una estación de control y proceso de imágenes (1); cuyos subsistemas de visión están dotados de cámaras de visión infrarroja (11) y diurna (12), posiciones (13) y medios de complementarios que quedan localizados en observatorios distribuidos por la zona a vigilar; y cuya estación de control (1) centraliza los procesos de tratamiento de las imágenes provenientes de los subsistemas de visión, se monitoriza y controla el funcionamiento global del sistema. Se incluye el sistema conforme a lo descrito, que comprende medios de procesado digital (8) de las imágenes procedentes del conjunto de cámaras remotas de visión (4), cuya señal de video es enviada a la mencionada estación de control.
