DESIGN FOR FANCY CASSIMERES.

Specification forming partof Design No. 9,962, dated May 1,1877; application filed April 23, 1877. [Term of Patent 31} years.]

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, HORACE A. KIMBALL, manufacturer, of Pascoag, town of Bnrrillville, in the county of Providence and State of Rhode Island, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Designs in Fancy Gassilneres; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same, reference being bad to the accompanying drawings, and to the letters of reference marked thereon, which form apart of this specification.

The following is a description of the accompanying design: A represents a striping formed by a series of small bars running lengthwise of the goods, and formed by the I warp being thrown on the face of the fabric. B represents a narrow striping formed by rows ofspots running lengthwise of the goods, and formed by the warp being thrown on the face of the fabric. 0 represents a wide stripe between the stripes A and B, and is formed by a double diagonal weave, showing warp and weft on the face.

I claim as my invention- The design as shown by accompanying photograph.
