DESIGN FOR A BOTTLE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 34,784, dated July 16, 1901.

Application filed June 14, 1901. Serial No. 84,595. Term ofpatent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, FRANK MACMONNIES, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of New York city, county and State of New York, have invented a new and original Design for Bottles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 is a side elevation of my newlydesigned bottle. Fig. 2 is a cross-section on line 2 2, Fig. 1; and Fig. 3 a bottom view of the bottle.

The leading feature of my design consists of a. bottle having a body provided with five equidistant swells or corrugations a, jointed by the rentrant angles 1). At the tops the swells merge into the flanged cylindrical neck 0.

The cross-section of the bottle represents a five-pointed star with five rounded points. The bottom d is also five-pointed and is provided with an undulating fiat rim e, from which the main portion of the bottom pr0- jeets upward uniformly toward the center.

What I claim is- The design for a bottle, substantially as herein shown and described.
