. Be it known that I, OLIVER C. EARL, a citi zen of the United States of America, residing at. Allegheny, in the county of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Eye- Protectors, of which the following is a specification, reference being had therein to the accompanying drawing.

In the accompanying drawing the figure represents a perspective view of an eye-protector embodying my design.

The leading feature of my design consists in the ornamental configuration or shape, and in the drawing the numeral 1 represents the peak, substantially semicircular, with the upper edge extending at substantially right angles to the body of the peak, forming a ridge 2. The lower edge 3 projects outwardly at an angle to the body, and at the ends of the peak thisprojecting part 3 extends outwardly at right angles thereto, forming ends 4. The peak is provided with depressions 5 of oblong form, and arranged between these depressions and the ends of the peak are raised ornamental scrolls 6.

Having thus fully described my invention, What I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The design for an eye-protector, substantially as shown and described.
