Be it known that I, MAX HERSKOVITZ, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Incandescent Burner Caps; and I do declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact-description of the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of a cap for incandescent burners, showing my new design. Fig. 2 is a vertical section through the center of the cap, and Fig. 3 is a top plan view of the cap.
As shown in the drawings, the leading or material feature of my design consists of an inner tube and an outer tube A, formed integrally with an annular space therebetween and joined together at the bottom, the outer tube having on opposite sides portions forming sockets a a and the inner tube having extending from its upper edge downwardly V- shaped notches b, all as clearl shown. The upper edge of the inner tube is below the corresponding edge of the outer tube, as shown in the drawings.
Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The design for a cap for incandescent burners, as herein shown and described.
