DESIGN FOR A GAME-BOARD.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 33,100, dated August 21, 1900.
Application filed April 23, 1900. Serial No. 13,814. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, EDGAR L. WILLIAMs, a citizen of the United States,residing at Peoria, in the county of Peoria and State of Illinois, have invented and produced a certain new and useful Design for Games and Game- Boards; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, which will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same.
This invention relates to a design for gameboards.
In the annexed drawings, Figure 1 is a plan view of a game-board, showing my design. Fig. 2 is a sectional elevation of the same.
The body A of the board is square in form, and in each corner is a pocket. A rim B surrounds the board and projects above and below its surfaces, as shown in Fig. 2. The center of the board has a square raised surface which is provided with a border-line G. Near the center of said raised surface is a. circle, within which ise circular depression E. The depression between the rim B and the raised portion is filled with pictures of flags of different nations arranged substantially as shown. The fines are represented as flying from their stafls in the wind. Cords and tassels hang from the head of the staff and a spear-point surmounis the latter.
I claim The design for a game-board as herein shown and described.
