DESIGN FOR A PRlSM-WINDOW.

SPEGIFIGATION forming part of Design No. 32,074, dated January 2, 1900. Application filed August 15, 1898. Serial No. 688,631 Term of patent 7 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be itknown that I, GEORGE K. CUMMINGS, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county and State of New York, have invented a new and original Design for Prism-Windows, of which the following is a specification.

My invention relates to a new and original design for prism-windows and is illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 is an elevation or front View of a prism-window embodying my said design, and

ig. 2 is a cross-section on the lineman of Fig. 1.

The design consists of a number of varionsly-shaped panes, plates, or lights of prismglass grouped together so as to form a single window or design. The parallel cross'lines of the drawings represent the angular edges of the glass prisms which, with a body portion of glass, constitute the said panes, plates, or lights. - The design is described as follows:

In form the design is a segment of a circle-- that is, an arc subtended by its chord. Within the arc is a border composed of triangular prism-lights variously formed and combined and arranged as shown. Centrally of the chord a small semicircle is drawn, and both from the center of the chord and from the semicircle radial lines extend, all these various lines forming boundaries of irregularlyshaped prism-lights more or less like sections of a fan. The whole presents the appearance of an extended fan.

The design comprises the unitary article shown in the drawings in its aspect of shape or configuration and is produced by the variously-shaped prism-lights combined and arranged as therein shown.

I claim- The design for a prism-window as herein shown and described.
