To all whom 2'1. may concern/.-
Be it known that I, GUSTAVE F. HITZEL- BERGER, a citizen of the United States, residing in the borough of Brooklyn, city of New York,county of Kings,and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Portable Lamp-Bodies,of which the following is a specification, reference bein g had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part of this specification, in which-- Figure 1 is an elevation of a lamp-body constructed according to my design. Fig. 2 is a front view thereof.
As shown in the drawings, the leading and essential feature of this design consists of a unitary lamp-body of cylindrical shape, elongated in the direction of its axis and having a bulls-eye at the forward end thereof.
The lamp-body is intended for use in a portable electric lamp, and in the particular form shown in the drawings consists of an elongated cylinder A, having a bulls-eye B at its forward end and being surrounded at each end and at the middle by a metallic ring C, the cylinder having a ring D attached to one side thereof.
