DESIGN FOR A KITCHEN-CABINET.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,767, dated May 31, 1898.
Application filed April 23, 1898. Serial No. 878,677- Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, SAMUEL SANDERS, of Leavenworth, in the county of Leavenworth and State of Kansas, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a. Kitchen- Cabinet, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description.
Reference is to be had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part of this specification, in which the figure is a perspective view of a kitchen-cabinet showing my design.
The design consists of a base havinga paneled front A, flanked by posts B, and having ornamental legs Cappearing at the said front, the upper portions of the legs appearing with a band-like vertical connection D, and a superimposed horizontal top E below and in front of a top F. On the face of the bandlike connection D appears the drawer-like figure D. The side of the base of the cabinet is ornamented with a series of drawerlike figures G, and from the rear portion of the base rises a casing having the front edges H of its sides H curved upwardly and rearwardly, giving the sides H a reduced effect at the upper portion. Between the sides extend the horizontal shelf-like figures I, a vershown and described.

An ornamental handle L projects from the band L at the middle thereof. The back N of the casing H appears in diifer- 1 and a horizontal top leading to a step-like top E of the base, the said top'appearing in front of the lower portion of the casing H.
