DESIGN FOR A PLATE-LIFTER.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,220, dated January 25, 1898.

Application filed July 26, 1897 Serial No. 546,044. Term of patent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, FRANK II. HAMBLIN, a citizen of the United States, residing at Worcester, in the county of Worcester and State of Massachusetts, have invented anew and useful Design for Plate-Lifters, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, which shows a perspective View of aplate-lifter embodying my design.

My design for plate-lifters is characterized by atwisted body portion A, comprising two strands contrasting in color, which strands extend from the body portion A to form feet or r 5 socket-pieces B.
