DESIGN FOR WOVEN FABRIC.

SPEGIFIOATION forming part of Design No. 24,746, dated October 8, 189 5. Application filed August 16, 1895. Serial No. 559,559. Term of patent 3% years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, HALBEBT E. PARK- HURST, of Fitchburg, in the county of Worcester and State of Massachusetts, have invented and produced a new and original Design for \Voven Fabrics, of which the following is a description.

Reference is to be had to the accompanying drawing, which shows a plan view of a woven fabric embodying my design.

The leading feature of my design consists in a number of elongated tuft-like figures raised from the surface of the fabric in an irregular manner and of varying lengths and thicknesses.

Referring to the drawing, A designates the base or body of the fabric, of woolly appeal ance.

A shows long tuft like figures tapering irregularly from one end to the other, and A indicates shorter tuft-like figures also having a taper from one end to the other.

The several tuft-like figures are shown as having a substantially-diagonal trend with relation to the body-fabric.

I claim- The design for a fabric substantially as herein shown and described.
