DESIGN FOR A TEA-KETTLE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 27,942, dated December 7, 1897.
Application filed October 20, 1897. Serial No- 655,860. Term of patent 3% years.

Be it known that I, LOUIS WoJmKow, a citizen of the United States,residi ng at Brooklyn, county of Kings, and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Tea-Kettles, of which the following is aspecifieation, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
Figure 1 is a side View of a teakettle, showing my new design; and Fig. i! is a plan View of the same.
As shown in the drawings, the leading or material feature of my design consists of a bulged body around the larger portion of which extends a beaded border.
A indicates the body of the kettle, which is bulged outwardb at a, while around this bulged portion extends a beaded border 13. The top part C of the body is formed on a compound curve the rim of which is also furnished with a bead ed border D,wl1 ile above the beaded border I) is a dome shaped apex E.
F indicates the grip of the handle, which handle is provided with side bars 1*", rising from the top part C and having distinct outwardiy-projectingangular portions fat their upper parts.
