DESIGN FOR A STOVE-DOOR.
T0 aZZ whom, it may concern.-
Be it known that I, EDWARD G. GERMER, a citizen of the United States,residin g at the city of Erie, in the county of Erie and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Stove Doors and Panels; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to the letters of reference marked thereomformin g part of this specification.
The leading feature of my design consists of a stove door or panel from which boldly project two octagonal closed front registers with handles.
Figure 1 is a front view in elevation of a stove-door embodying my design. Fig. 2 is a longitudinal section of the same.
A is the door or panel, which in general contour is rectangular in shape, with the upper corners A rounded, and is ornamented with scrollwork B.
C O are the registers, octagonal in outline and projecting from the face of the door or panel A. The fronts D of the registers are closed and ornamented with stippled scrollwork, and E E are the handles on the fronts of the registers.
What I claim is- The design for a stove door or panel, substantially as shown and described.
