DESIGN FOR A VEHICLE-STEP.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 27,390, dated July 20, 1897.
Application filed June 18,1897. Serial No. 641,362. Term of patent 14 years.

Be it known that I, WILLIAM RENNIE, of Tishomingo, Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Vehicle-Step, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description.
The leading feature of the design consists in an arm the upper end of. which is bent over at an angle thereto, the lower end bent up in an a osite direction to the upper end, and the portion between said upper and lower ends having a rounded projection.
In the drawing a perspective view of a vehicle-step embodying my new design is shown.
The design in its entirety comprises an arm or body A, the central portion of which is rectangular in cross-section and provided with a rounded projection B, the upper portion being rounded at O and bent over at an angle to the body and terminating: i V e lugs or branches a a ..o lower portion rounde D and vent up in the opposite dii Ue'tion to the upper portion and terminating in an enlarged flat portion E.
