DESIGN FOR A METAL MOUNT FOR FURNITURE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 26,901, dated April 13, 1897.
Application filed December 26, 1896. Serial No. 617,110. Term of patent 7 years.
7 To all whont it may concern.-
Be it known that I, FREDERICK W. CHES- SON, a citizen of the United States, residing at WVat-erbury, in the county of New Haven and State of Connecticut,hay'e invented and produced a new and original Design for Metal Mounts for Furniture, due, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 is an elevation, Fig. 2 a vertical section, and Fig. 3 a plan, which fully illustrate my design.
The leading features of my design consist in the central convex portion of the body, the annular heads at each side thereof, and adjacent contracted portions.
The central convex portion of the body is represented at Ct, and h b are the annular beads at each side of said central convex portion. Above the head I) the body portion a is contracted and coved at c, and extending upward from said cove c the body portion comprises the bead d, the ring portions 6, e, and 6 the covesf and f, and the globular head g. Below the annular bead b the contracted body comprises the curved portion 7t,
