tie it known that l, Unanms Boon, a ci1i zen of the United States, residingat liuttalo, in the county 0t- Eric and bitateot New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for \Yall-Paper, of which the fol lowing isaspecitication, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, showing a part thereof.

The design consists of a series of ornaments of the Empire style of design, composed of an ornamental wreath and an eagle, with open wings in the center and placed at regular distance apart upon a background of wide vertical stripes, as represented in the accompanying drawing.

The border for the said design is formed of similar ornaments of the Empire style of design placed in the center of large circles, with ornamental figures and a grotesque figure of a. winged horse on each side of said ornaments and connected by an ornamental fcstoon, as shown. Small ornaments are arranged at 11ntop and bottom of said circles and ornamental scrolls diverge right and left from the small ornaments below the circles, as shown. An ornamental band forms the bottom of the border, as shown.
