Side Bars, ot' whieh the following is n. speeillCtttiOll, l'et'ereuee being had to the net-onipnuying drawings, forming part thereof.
My invention relates to it design for n true]; side linr towers, and the lending feature consists in the mnlieurntion and outline of the side bar, as more Fully hereinafter set forth.

The side bar is formed essentially of eentral bars united at the ends to :tXle-hox yokes 2 having the outline of an inverted U. The yokes 2 extend above and helew the plane of the ba r 1, the tops of the yokes 2 hiu'ingn curved. outline, their lower outer sides being also curved. 3 are bifurcated arms extending from the sides of the yokes 2 on the same plane as the bar 1, said arms at their ends having plates 4 with ribs 5 at their edges. From below the plates 4 extend ears 4. At the under side ot. the portion ti of the yokes 2 are side pro, 'e .-tions 7 that lie above the openingef said yoke. At the junetion of the bar] with the yokes 2 and on the upper side of said hauare circular dish-shaped plntes H, and through said plates 8 and the linr 1 pass holes 9. At the junetion of the yoke 2 with the arms I) are also loented dish-shaped plates in, and through said plates and the IUHIS i are holes 11.
It will he seen that the dish-shaped plntes S, b, and 1d are wider than the yokes L, and that the plates 4 are wider than the plates 8 lt and the lmr has plnne sides up to the Yokes.
