DESIGN FOR A WATCH-CASE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 21,719, dated July 19, 1892. Application filed June 13, 1892. Serial No. 436,612. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, JOHN C. DUEBER,a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Canton, county of Stark, State of Ohio, have invented a new and useful Design for \Vatch- Cases, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, making part of this specification.
Figure l is a view in perspective of a watchcase, illustrating my design; and Fig. 2 is an edge view of the same,
On the lids and central thereto is shown a scalloped-edged oblong portion A, from which radiates a series of flat alternate lobes B and O, which increase in breadth as they approach the perimeter of the lid and are rounded at their outer ends, the former B ornamented in vermicelli a and the other C with parallel transverse lines I) and a branch 0, with leaves, the lobes inclosed by a single line or loop (I, by the double lines e. The bezel portion D of the lid is a flat bevel ornamented by a series of oval ribs h, between which is shown an oval rim E, ornamented with a series of oval melon-shaped ribs k, as shown.
The leading features of my design are the scalloped-edged oblong portion A, the alternate lobes B and C, the flat beveled bezel D, ornamented with a series of oval ribs, and the oval rim E, ornamented with melon-shaped ribs between the flat beveled bezels D, as shown.
\Vhat I claim, and desire to secure by Letters Fatent, is-
The design for a watclrcase, as herein described and shown.
