DESIGN FOR A SPOON OR SIMILAR ARTICLE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 21,554, dated May 24, 1892.

Application filed March 26, 1892. Serial No. 428,620. Term of patent 3% years.

To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, EDWARD T. FENWICK, a citizen of the United States, residing at,

\Vashingtouju lheDistriet of Columbia, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Spoon or other Similar Article, especially adapted to be used in connection with the Christian Endeavor Society, of which the following is a full and clear description of the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part of this specification.

This design is intended to be symbolic of the Christian Endeavor Society.

The drawing is a plan view of a spoon hav ing upon it a representation of a church and agioEnogram orlogotype formed of the letters H J,

The leading features of my design are a representation of a church and a monogram or logotype formed of the letters C E. With theabove-described features suitable mottoes, words, and scrolls may be employed, as well as the portrait of a man; but these form no essential feature of my design.

What I claim is- The design for a spoon or similar article, substantial] y as shown and described.
