The leading feature ol' my design consists in n` sunken corded herder between the plain border and panel.

The hingeleeves A A are of the ordinary rectangular form, and are surrounded by a plain border a. Inside of said plain border is n groove or channel b, the ground 0r surfaecof which is ornamented by oblique beads 'Ihe desiffn for a hinve herein shown and described, the saineeemprising the rectangular leaves A A, the sunken corded panel-border b, with inelosod panel c and enter border a', es set` forth.
